RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire fourteen (14) days from the day on which you — or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you — acquire physical possession of the goods.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory. If you submit your withdrawal electronically via our website, we will confirm its receipt without delay (e.g. by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery option other than our least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will issue the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods — whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:
– goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
– goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
– sealed goods not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once unsealed after delivery;
– goods which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items;
– sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software once unsealed after delivery;
– newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (except subscription contracts);
– digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
